Building Envelopes | Sewer | Water | Power |NBN
All homesites in stages 1 & 2 include sewer, water, power and NBN connections. No need for sewer treatment units here! Crossovers and front/side/rear boundary fencing are also included.
A minimum of 0.6m of clean fill is provided to the building area of every lot, with additional fill provided to some homesites to meet sewer servicing requirements.
A building envelope plan outlines where your home (or any habitable structure) may be located on the lot and typically consists of a 20m front setback and 6m side setbacks with ranging depths. All building envelopes are a minimum of 1000m2.
